No, we are not providers for any insurace. You may check to see if your insurance will pay out of network.

CAN I BRING IN MY PRESCRIPTION?

Yes.

DOES DUNCAN OPTICAL CHECK EYES?

We do not check eyes in our store.

WHAT AM I PAYING FOR IN THE PRICE OF EYEGLASSES?

You are paying for both product and service in the price of your eyeglasses. Obviously, you are paying for the frame and lenses. You are also paying for the ability of the optician to choose the proper overall size and proper fit, plus the skill to adjust the frames to you.

IF I DO NOT SEE PROPERLY OUT OF MY LENSES AND MY DOCTOR CHANGES MY PRESCRIPTION, WHO PAYS FOR THIS?

We are able to replace lenses once within the four month period after, and only if, a doctor changes your presciption.

IS DUNCAN OPTICAL A ONE-HOUR SERVICE?

To ensure quality, we are not a one-hour service. Orders are usually ready within or after one week, depending on the prescription.
